PLUM SPRITZ

Ingredients:

• 2 cl Plum Liqueur
• 10 cl Prosecco
• 2-4 cl Soda
• Ice
• Lemon slice (for garnish)
• Mint sprig (for garnish)

Procedure:

To make the Plum Spritz, start by filling a wine glass with ice. Add 2 cl of Plum Liqueur, then pour in 10 cl of Prosecco. Top with 2-4 cl of soda, depending on your preference. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint, and serve immediately.
