Pear Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 3 cl Pear Williams Brandy
  • 3 cl Campari
  • 3 cl Sweet Vermouth

Procedure:

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 3 cl of Pear Williams Brandy, 3 cl of Campari, and 3 cl of Sweet Vermouth. Stir well for 20-30 seconds until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of fresh pear or an orange twist, and serve immediately.
