Alpine Pass

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Amaro
• 1 oz Braulio
• 1 dash 1821 Earl Grey Bitters
• Soda water (to top)
• Grapefruit twist (for garnish)

Procedure:

In a highball glass filled with ice, combine 1 1/2 oz of Jelinek Amaro, 1 oz of Braulio, and 1 dash of 1821 Earl Grey Bitters. Stir gently to lightly chill the mixture. Top with soda water, and garnish with a grapefruit twist. Serve immediately.
