Bohemian Sour

Ingredients:

• 4 cl Slivovitz
• 3 cl Lemon Juice
• 2 cl Sugar Syrup
• 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
• 2 cl Egg White (or 1 egg white)

Procedure:

Add 4 cl of Slivovice, 3 cl of lemon juice, 2 cl of sugar syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, and 2 cl of egg white to a shaker. Shake all ingredients well without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain the mixture into a glass and serve immediately.
