PLUMINGO SOUR

  • 2 cl Plum Liqueur
  • 2 cl Fernet
  • 3 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1 cl Sugar Syrup
  • 2 cl Egg White

Procedure:

To make the Plumingo Sour, add 2 cl of Plum Liqueur, 2 cl of Fernet, 3 cl of lemon juice, 1 cl of sugar syrup, and 2 cl of egg white to a shaker. First, dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or a slice of plum, and serve immediately.
