  • 3 cl Plum Liqueur
  • 3 cl London Dry Gin
  • 2 cl Campari
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Plum slice (for garnish)

Procedure:

To make the Plum Negroni, start by filling a mixing glass halfway with ice. Add 3 cl of Plum Liqueur, 3 cl of London Dry Gin, 2 cl of Campari, and 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters. Stir the mixture gently for 20-30 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the cocktail. Once properly mixed, strain the drink into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube. Finally, garnish with a fresh slice of plum, either on the rim or floating on the ice, and serve immediately.
