This is the French variety Pinot Blanc, originating in Burgundy. A green-yellow colour, delicate floral scent, in the ripe wine the scent of pears, bread crusts and hazelnuts appears. The wine is full, elegant, never missing acid and has a long after taste. It is suitable for smoked fish, for feathered game.
