KIRSCH HIRSCH SOUR

Ingredients:
- 2 cl Cherry Liqueur
- 2 cl Fernet
- 2 cl Lemon Juice
- 1 cl Sugar Syrup
- 2 cl Egg White
Procedure:
To make the Hirsch Hirsch Sour, add 2 cl of Cherry Liqueur, 2 cl of Fernet, 2 cl of lemon juice, 1 cl of sugar syrup, and 2 cl of egg white to a shaker. First, dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve immediately.
